I need to learn how to use this more but I was able to retrieve a form to my satisfaction. As I use this form more often I have gotten quite comfortable. My business isn't very complicated so I am quite satisfied.
2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

I have several forms that need to be filled out and faxed back to companies. I love that I can fill them out online and fax the PDF back, rather than fill in and fax by hand.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. This product is very easy to use and I am impressed with the various toll available to make the changes to the PDF files.The service and backup provided by the support team is excellent. I cannot fault their response times (within 20 minutes of my email) and they were attentive to my concerns and resolved the invoice issues immediately. Totally would recommend this to anyone.
