I have been using this site for 10 minutes, I really cannot give a good assessment. I do believe that a users manual should be more accessible from the home page so you can review the user guide while using the form filler.
On the first day of use, I thought I had lost all the data I entered. I received help via a chat and verified my data was intact. This is going to be an extremely useful product for me as a consultant.
I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I've been looking for an easy way to fill out these forms other then using a typwriter. The only issue was I couldn't find this years forms very easy. I had to contact customer support. ???

Not many cons yet, it has bugged a few times where i need to get out and start over but that has been my only issue.
