The company does not yet have the CA Residential Purchase Agreement and Escrow Instructions (effective 11/26/14) available, my only knock. May not be released yet to public as a non-draft document. Ralph 12/13/14
Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. My forms are stored and I can retype the information for the up coming renewals with applications for Insurance both Liability and Property and Specialty insurance
I would like that PDFiller would have a storage data for my forms that I can go back to each year for each of my clients and update for the new year, thus redosing my retyping of information on the Acord Form.

The format is easy to understand and quite intuitive. Very quick loading times. My only problem is that text boxes do not align correctly to the pdf that I am editing - they are too high.

I am very excited to use this product. I was able to troubleshoot much on my own. My only struggle was in saving final product and bringing back up to update.
As an accountant
