I am enjoying the service. It is user friendly from a design point of view. I don't have feedback from the recipient experience however I will rate that component once I receive the feedback.
The system worked very nicely overall. I have uploaded several documents now and found it very nice for completing PDF and Pre-made fillable Word documents as well. I only had one minor glitch the first time I used it, but have not seen it repeated in several usages since. Overall I would definitely recommend this if you have to regularly fill and edit forms.
I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. I use the e signatures the most and I like the ability to convert documents into other docs.

I would like to be able to load multiple documents for signatute instead of one at a time.

Great For PDF
Easy access for my customer to fill out any paperwork.
Enjoy using this software because I can type my invoices as word and then save them as PDF, and nobody can modify them. w
As of now I really enjoy this software everything looks very neat when either im emailing any document or receiving.
Good. I used to use Docusign but they ruined everything by not allowing direct access to an existing account within email. It would be good if you could do that btw - when you preview a document in gmail you should be in the dropdown list of options for opening the doc and editing it.
