Great job providing fillable IRS forms that I couldn't find elsewhere for this price. Difficulty in trying to return to find a new form after finishing one. New user & too soon for a survey.
I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. I want to cancel it because I will not need to use it again. So, please cancel my account and service. Please also send an email to me confirming that you have cancelled the service. Thank you.

I use the e signatures the most and I like the ability to convert documents into other docs.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to load multiple documents for signatute instead of one at a time.

I can remove text with the delete button rather than having the use the eraser tool

If I delete all of the characters from a text box, I have to put a space for it to stick; I can't add or drag in other pdfs to merge them. I have to merge them using a separate tool.

Very useful and cool for filling out paperwork/forms online without having to print them out and scan, or changing the documents format to fill it out.
Great software program
Great software program, lots of useful and dynamic features, good trial offer - better than all comp., fairly user friendly interface given some basic computer skills, etc. There are a few limitations or features that if were avail., I would increase my rating to 5 instead of 4. Thank you..

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! I love how easy it is to navigate. the User-functionality makes it very easy to use and know how to create new content.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was a more user friendly version in IOS or Android App Store.

I have not had many problems because of how easy it is to use. I wish there were more payment options to choose from though.
I'm happy with the use of the forms, however it showed a monthy price, so I was suprised when I was charged for the entire year up front. I only needed the product for a couple tax documents.
