It's was to use. PDF filler is user friendly.

I wish I could change the location of saved files. Everything saves to downloads even when I choose desktop.

I am able to neatly complete forms and send them electronically. Much better than filling in by hand.

My name is Jonathan from Africa, I needed a form via PDFfiller but was unable to use the service and was billed while on 30 days trial. That got me upset but after contacting Shennon online support, I was assisted, and in less than 10 minutes, it was resolved. Shennon exceeded my expectation. Satisfied. Great service and free trial is a long period of time verses only a few days. Simple to use and simple to cancel subscription through support center or chat.

Writing this though cause their support is swift and reasonable.
I accidentally left my subscription running for 3 months after just using the free trial for 1 PDF edit.
After 1 email they refunded all 3 payments without making me jump through hoops.

So far this program is a game changer. I wish it was cheaper (a discount for teachers on a year subscription would be wonderful!!) but I like what I am seeing so far;)
