I have been on it all day. as first time user. love it. I have been modifying blue prints and it works great. Nice quick support via chat as well along with helpful videos'
exceptionally easy to use, perfect for editing PDF forms which are otherwise impossible to edit, makes life all that much easier, and best of all everything is legible - awesome
I like the service just wish the process of saving and/or printing docs wasn't as cumbersome - two or three pop up windows before action is completed and not automatically redirected to doc list.
I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

Ralph help me very quickly today! I thought I had cancelled my subscription and then I was charged, I explained everything to Ralph and he took care of me and my situation all in the same day. Very appreciative of the customer service I got.
In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
