This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. This is so much easier to fill out applications instead of printing them and faxing.. I am happy I can fill out all my applications online and send them without worrying about if they were received or not.
I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. I want to cancel it because I will not need to use it again. So, please cancel my account and service. Please also send an email to me confirming that you have cancelled the service. Thank you.
Really helps me with any random form that comes my way. I hated printing out, filling out by hand and scanning. This keeps it simple and discreet! Easy to get people to fill out forms, too.

Really wanted to make this work for me but I’m afraid it was beyond me.However the trial period which I thought I had cancelled hadn’t gone through then resulted in me receiving a large bill.I panicked thinking they would insist it was to be paid.So I got In touch with them and explained my error.They immediately wrote back and without question refunded my money.It says a lot for a company who responds in this way.I am eternally grateful to them
