In less than ten minutes I was messaged back by customer service via email, it's 11:15 pm by the way, and the problem at hand was resolved immediately. This is not a robot or program typing this, I am a real human being, my name is Mike and I totally love PDFfiller.
PDF filler is a good program that allows easy filling of PDF documents. I appreciated it more before I tried to use the option to share documents with other people. I'm not sure what the original intent was for this product, so I do not wish to sound judgmental. As far as filling out the documents and downloading them or printing them is wonderful. When I started trying to share the documents with others to fill out and have them sign them, it became quite a bit more limited. Since that may not have been its original intent, I remain compassionate towards the limitations it has.
Loved the fact that it popped up in Google with the DOT form I needed, and allowed me to fill it out without any issues. The 7 Day trial is great and I will most likely keep for the year, due to the ease of adding in forms as well. Thanks

I like how easy it is to use, and how much guidance it offers on how to save and find your documents once you're done. You can easily control where you want your filled information to go, and your documents come out looking professional and polished.

There is nothing so far that I dislike. It's very easy to use.

I receive documents all the time that need to be filled out and without full Adobe Acrobat, they were impossible to work on until I got PDFfiller.

I have used PDF Filler for many years now, it is easy to use and there are many features that it does have that I don't use. If you use this tool to the max, it will benefit any company.
Nothing really to mention about that is bad about this program....I know there are a lot of features that I don't use, that I would like to learn how to integrate into my company.
This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. They came across as quite honourable which makes a change these days...

I've been using different apps for years that take me about 15-30 minutes to change one document but with PDFfiller it took me less than two minutes! so worth the yearly fee.
