In General, this product works pretty well and is easy to use. There are some issues with AOL not recognising the fillable form or adding a random.jpeg or .png after the.pdf.
PDF filler has worked for our business through out the year and would highly recommend it. We mostly use it for fax purposes, but for us that alone is worth what we pay per year.
I'm in my second year of subscribing to PDF Filler. I use it for filling all my online forms, related to legal documents and other forms related to my business. I like it, because I can use it anywhere, and I am not tied to one computer, in order to access it.

Easy to use the program, has a lot of great features & tools to use within the program. Will recommend to others. Love the timeline status for documents sent out or waiting to be signed
Don't like the reloading that the program does when open reopening documents sometimes. Overall not much to complaint about

So far so good, I would have given it a 5, if downloading my edited documents weren't hidden behind a paywall, but hey, I get it, it is in our nature to capitalize on things where it is impossible to find a solution, few have the solution, so why give it away for free? I recently started a trial account with pdfFiller but it wasn't quite what I was needing. I didn't cancel the trial correctly so when my Debit card was charged I immediately contacted support and they resolved it within about an hour!

pdfFiller has done everything I have required of it and I find using it to be intuitive and effecient.
I lost a few completed PDF forms before I successfully saved one but overall this website is a great place to work from and one I couldn't have done without
Having better results with the site It is a lifesaver as far as my clients being able to sign consents on the screen and get them back to me. So far, the recipients of my docs have been able to follow the instructions and sign the docs without difficulty
