Easy and intuitive to use - could fill out forms right away with little effort. Signature capture using the laptop camera did not work - the signature ink lines not clear after cleaning up the image. I scanned my signature at 300dpi using a scanner, and saved that image.
I tried this, liked it, and bought 1 year subscription.
I'm new to the service and would like to implement PDF Filler into my system of correlating several documents for my customers to sign. Note: SMS service for quick signature is worth the annual fee alone!!
In my line of work (payroll) it's a lot easier to be able to fill out some of the paperwork that I need to send to employees/managers and attach it via email instead of handwriting it and scan it to them.
At the first, i had some problems with using the application but later on, I learned how to use it, still, I need further study to be more familiar with it
I had an issue merging documents using my pdf-filler account. I submitted a help ticket and the representatives were prompt in addressing my concerns and quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved and I am truly thankful for the service I received & will continue to be a paying customer with pdf-filler for years to come!
Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!
