It was very good and worked very well. However, overpriced. I did not like that I could not switch to a different sign on option after purchase and that if I terminate the agreement, you delete access to files instead of offering a transition courtesy print/save/view.
ISSUE TOTALLY RESOLVED
My issue with PDF Filler had been totally resolved. Their customer service reached out to me and took care of this billing issue within 48 hours.

Im still in my trail period but I am very impressed with this PDFfiller. Its super easy to use and I think im going to purchased it for the year. It makes filling out commercial insurance applications easy to do in a very timely manner.

I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Looking forward to using this for our membership drive.

I love that they are there to help and support you in times of need. Kara was a great help to me today and was able to fix my problem expeditiously.
I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!
