This is the first time I've needed this type of aid, and I've found it to be very useful and relatively easy to use. Sorry, I'm really too swamped with work to do another survey
Invaluable! I use this every workday! I am continuously learning more ways to utilize the features PDFfiller offers. Sometimes I have found my answer before customer service can but we are all learning. Thanks
Easy to use once I figured it out - with 3 jobs it has become mandatory to use/edit pdf which I have been trying to avoid. Thanks!

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%
It's been fine so far although this is my first experience with it. I would like to be able to reduce the font size but I can't find where to do this.
