This has been a wonderful resource for locating, filling out, filing and printing out documents. I don't understand how to make the most out of the system and wish I could get a little more help (for blondes). But overall, a great experience!
I worked on a form without signing into my account. I came back to work on it some more and couldn't find it. I was able to contact online support and she helped me retrieve my file I am forever grateful. This forms take forever to fill out already and then to loose it. I was very happy. Thank you Elie
Mostly good - had a little difficulty when the app decided I could only answer 1 category when I needed to respond to all 5 subcategories of a question. Also, messed with the date - it changed to a different format.
The program very intelligently interprets PDF images, creating fields in just the right spot for us to type our responses in, while avoiding the print-write-scan-save cycle.

Really wanted to make this work for me but I’m afraid it was beyond me.However the trial period which I thought I had cancelled hadn’t gone through then resulted in me receiving a large bill.I panicked thinking they would insist it was to be paid.So I got In touch with them and explained my error.They immediately wrote back and without question refunded my money.It says a lot for a company who responds in this way.I am eternally grateful to them
Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!
