I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

Overall, this software is a very useful, less time consuming, and efficient addition for my business. I love that I can complete and sign required documents on the go with no hassle, without having to print and physically complete and sign any document.

I have noticed that, although this subreddit has 1,000,020 readers, I am not receiving 1,000,020 upvotes on my posts. I'm not sure if this is being done intentionally or if these "friends" are forgetting to click 'upvote'. Either way, I've had enough. I had a few problems with my docs at first because I didn't know where to find things. They have videos - but, they always skip over the most necessary details. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful I decided to invest in the purchase of this. I've avoided paying for document paying memberships for years, because I am a cheapskate. But, I really found value in PDF Filler.
