I may be an idiot but it isn't the most intuitive experience I've had. I have been under pressure to produce so that may have something to do with it.
It works easily and I feel that people with all levels of computer experience will be able to fill out our forms and get them to us through PDFfiller.com!
At first was a bit different in look and function but after a short time became very easy and logical to use. Still wish you could print directly from editing screen.
Something went wrong, when I was filling once it stopped me suddenly. It saved the work, luckily. But I lost two minutes to restart my job, and this wasn't nice.

I had issues with the website that were very frustrating, but the chat person, Elisa, was very patient with me and resolved the problem. I now have the edited pdf downloaded.

Software works well
Software works well, I just don't like that they allow you to go all the way through editing your first document before slapping down the paywall.
Prompt and honest.
They answered my query online immediately and refunded for an incorrectly charged (not their fault) subscription fee within the hour! Was not expecting such prompt service and honesty to be fair, but so grateful they are honourable.
