Needed a pdf editor, so found this one quickly on google. Expected to edit one document and then cancel my subscription. Edited many more. Wish I had this for the last two years I've been in school. Great Product! Will recommend.
i love it but i have a few things i don't know how to do like if I download a pdf and want to make more space for a word i don't know how to do that. you cant just hit the space bar and move it.

Easy to use the program, has a lot of great features & tools to use within the program. Will recommend to others. Love the timeline status for documents sent out or waiting to be signed
Don't like the reloading that the program does when open reopening documents sometimes. Overall not much to complaint about

I tried the product but ended up using adobe for no other reason than it was paid for by a client.
I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged. The customer service team resolved the issue immediately without any issues

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I liked that is had documents on hand that I needed and was able to manipulated them and submit them for the purpose I needed them for.
It was a little tricky to use at first, but quickly figured it out.
It's very easy to use. Also the customer service is exceptional. Very responsive to My questions. When I decided I didn't need it anymore, they processed my cancellation quickly and easily.

I filled out forms before purchasing app and thought it was saved. After I purchased the app I could not find my document. I texed with a customer service rep, he was no help and quit the communication.
