Extremely Easy interface. Gathering Signatures is the Best and being able to do so via a text link is ingenius. Would be a 5 star if you would just offer the discounted annual purchase price.

The product was excellent our company is too small to make proper use of their services. I would have appreciated being able to purchase the service to use on an as-need basis.

This product allowed me to make pdf forms that could be filled out online/electronically rather than printed, manually filled out and scanned.

The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.

The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them.
