I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. So, despite the deceptive billing, I am still happy I found this site, and that the website is so easy to use.
Just starting to use this - think it will work for me. Sometimes find it awkward to intuit what to do, so would really benefit from a webinar if offered free.

Users new to e-signature platforms always struggle with how to use it, indicating that some more work needs to be done to make it 'dummy proof'.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's well worth implementing PDFfiller in any organization, especially those which have ongoing needs of signatures. The cost savings in staff time alone makes it pay for itself!

I like the ease of use. Needing to make a document fillable is so frustrating to try and figure out any other way than using this program, PDF Filler!

The name truly fits
This program is very easy to use and gives the user lots of tools. I had to make a few changes to a large and older PDF and I was able to make those changes. Even those that I had to erase, draw and finally add the text. To a very important document. (The name truly fits)

PDFfiller is a feature rich document processing program. I had no idea what could be done by this program alone but I have been amazed. I did run into a glitch recently which was an internal error on their part and their support was tremendous in quickly fixing the issue and getting me back in business. The support is also very fast in responding to any questions I have had. I could not ask for more.
