I am very happy with the service. It is easy to use and very versatile. It is, however, quite expensive for the annual plan. Even if I used this on a daily basis, I'd feel like50 a year is much more reasonable.
This is a great addition to my business. Fast, efficent and saves a ton of time. I get Forms that need to be signed all the time and I just quickly upload sign/date add notes or make changes and email, fax or scan back. I could not imagine my business without it.

I love how easy it is to use when filling out multiple page forms such as medical forms.
Price Point. If you don't do a lot of forms/saving forms you should pay a lessor amount.
Excellent support and customer service I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in ****** and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.
