Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.
My first day! As far away from tech savvy as you can get! With help on "Team Viewer" I learned how to solve all the problems I had getting started. I will certainly use tech support again but off to a fun start.

I had a problem with my account of my own making - the agent helped me on that chat and sorted it out in minutes. Professional, courteous, what's not to like? Worth every star!

Easy to use and effective. PDF Filler has decreased the amount of redundant work for me.

Tracking documents. Customers say "I didn't know" or "I didn't get it", I can view the audit log.
The program is easy to use and powerful, and I had a great customer experience with their support team. I was stressed and they left me satisfied. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone in business.
I had an issue with the automatic renewal of my subscription smack in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I have already been in quarantine for the past 4 weeks and cannot use the services of PDFfiller.
I got in touch with the company and I immediately received a response from Anna who refunded the draft and cancelled my subscription.
