it was not clear when I began my document that there would be a charge. I don't plan to use the program long term and would appreciate the option to pay for just one month without automatic renewal.
Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.
pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!
Excellent Service
I did the 30 day trial period and was very satisfied with the process.I used the product for about 10 different documents within a 2 day period. I forgot about the trial period and was charged for an annual subscription and was emailed the confirmation. I went online and requested to cancel the subscription due to not needing the product and received the cancellation with 5 minutes, very satisfied.
Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time.
You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.
Very good service
Very good service. I used it once to fix my resume and forgot to cancel. Accidentally subscribed for an annual subscription so was shocked to see $321 come out of my account. That was all the money I had. I got in touch with the customer support team and they refunded the money and cancelled my subscription immediately. 10* customer service - love you PDFFiller!
Fast and effective response
When I contacted them through their Chat feature my problem was resolved there and then. Instant response, and then follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. This is how customer service should work but so often doesn't.
