IT HAS SOME TREAKY THINGS AND AT SOME POINT IF IT IS NOT PRINTED OR SAVE BEFORE HAND, YOU HAVE TO REPEAT THE WORK ALREADY DONE. IN THIS CASE, HAS BEEN A LITTLE UNPLEASANT SITUATION AND WASTE OF TIME, IT SHOULD HAVE SOME AUTOMATIC SAVING, AS IT OCCURS IN WORD.
I had trouble with saving files but I figured it out. The program comes with alot of different features and a webinar to see how it all works would be great.
The initial setup went smoothly. Once I figured how to save the documents with the correct name after duplicating the original form, I had no problems.
Satisfied customer
I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. Easy process and good program with a nice free trial, just not able to fit in my budget.
Easy process, user-friendly, quick and efficient. I like that it let me trial it for a few days. I just don't have the money for a subscription right now and only needed to use it this one time.
