I appreciate the ease of using this program. It is very easy to work around. I am enjoying using it. This is my first year doing tax forms on line and I must say, I don't know what took me so long.

So far... your chat feature to get support is great. I seem to be moving along just fine. I uploaded a document and completed areas of "fillable" information. I only did 4 STARS as I have not published this to my site and tested the form.
Once you get used to the controls, which doesn't take long. You're off and running

I needed to cancel my account but had trouble doing so. The online customer support person Kara was so helpful! I am unemployed now like so many others and cannot afford the service any longer. But, once I get going again, this is the service I will sign up with. Wonderful service!
