pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
It was easy to use. just having difficulty emailing and printing 25 page document. states processing 1 of 25 but bar is not loading. quite frustrating. been trying for 1.5 hrs now. tried emailing didnt work to print off of it either. ugh
I am too Busy at the present time but I find the program very helpful. I would like to review the program after I get into it in the tax season for more comments.

This is great to be able to complete a form while out of the office as well as to keep the office green.
The only drawback is that sometimes the area that you "filling" does not line up. Not really that big of deal though.
What do you like best?
Not much not to like. Spell checker would be nice. though.
What do you dislike?
After creating a document and saving it, it landed back in the template folder. Have to switch over to documents to access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing PDF DOCs. Ability to search works great.
CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!
I was using pdfFiller to edit divorce documents I downloaded from the Court Clerks website. Being able to edit these documents was going to save me around $500 in attorney fees. When it was time to save and print I was directed to purchase the subscription. There are 2 options... you can pay for the whole year at once (paying $8 per month) or you can pay $20 per month and be billed each month. I accidentally authorized the whole year @$96 to be charged to my debit card. This was not my intention but I knew it was going to be such a hassle to get them to refund my money that had already cleared only to spend $20 with them. I contacted support thru the chat option anyway and found I was very wrong in my assumption. I was connected to Ray who in less than 5 minutes had refunded the difference of $76 back to my card and was inquiring if there was anything else I needed help with. This is how customer service should be and very rarely do I experience anyone who should bear the title of a customer service representative. THANK YOU RAY FOR YOUR HELP AND PDFFILLER FOR HIRING COMPETANT ENJOYABLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.
I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it.
