I like it but felt that my "free trial" was a bit of a scam. I spent hours on a document, learning your program but was unable to print it. I don't like being "forced" into purchasing a product.
Everything has been great, with the exception that it takes a while to open up the documents on mybox. There should be a feature for ''QUICKVIEW" of the document you want to open.
The website works really well
The website works really well - lots of options to accomplish any task, pretty easy navigation, and reasonable pricing (one-time use is even free!). Customer service is outstanding.
Phenomenal customer support.
I use pdf filler occasionally for signing docs, I recently had an issue with the website and dreaded contacting Cust support-and when I finally did it was by far the easiest, quickest interaction I've ever had with a cust support rep.Dee was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. Thank you for thinking of the little people who need things like this. I am a Full-time student with very little extra income so again, I thank you sincerely, Karen (Portland, OR)
What do you like best?
The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike?
The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.
