pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
Good afternoon,
I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller..
It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter.
Can you help me with this log-in issue?

I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that
Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.
My Issue
Only real issue I have is there doesn't seem to be any way to save the same PDF after I've modified it with the sight. If there was a way to do that I'd have probably given 5 star
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. He is absolutely an asset to this company and greatly appreciated.Warmest Regards;Rhonda Wright
Cancelled my subscription within the 30 Trial Period and was charged the following month. Had an online chat and they issued a refund with no questions asked. Good Business!
