I needed a form and you were able to supply it. The problem is that I only needed that one form and would be unlikely to use this service frequently enough for the fees to be worth it for me. I think this could be a very valuable service for those who would be in a place to make use of it.
It was helpful, but it only put the payers name on copy A, the other copies had all the information there, except the payers name, address, city,state, zip.......the main header.
Excellent experience with the program. There are no problems with the age and the possibility of transformation, since it is not the Portuguese domain that is necessary for my work. Very good indeed.
Great for clarity
The ease of using it and the clarity of documents being in the typed form as opposed to me having to handwrite them.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Cheap, handy, available on all my devices. Billing department works very fast and efficient.

It's great
It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.
