With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It was a huge help on a critically important document. It was a downloaded pdf that I had to annotate, but Acrobat Pro was unable to edit it because Livecycle Designer was required. PDFfiller allowed me to do it entirely online and then print out. the required hard copy It was a godsend!

Once Ias able to reset my info from my iphone it has been excellent. I think the iphone can't handle newer apps. Will continue to use, thumbs up.

This software's ability to instantly update forms from my PC is what I appreciate about it the most.Editing forms and adding digital signatures are some of the best features.I can also choose to fax documents if I need to.When it comes time to develop and submit crucial documents, these capabilities give my small firm a professional appearance.
Maybe it's challenging to align or position the text boxes correctly, but I believe that with more practice and use, I'll get better at making these minor adjustments.

pdfFiller is an incredible alternative to the usual expectation of printing out pdf documents, signing them by hand, and scanning them back into the computer for an email. It allows me to be able to quickly fill out word docs or pdf docs without the extra stress of typing between the lines and the remote signature option is the best part. It's a great option and I really appreciate being able to use it.

What do you like best?
I love the fact that we can collect uploads AND money through filled PDFS
What do you dislike?
The entire site is very confusing and we have a hard time understanding where our active sheets are located within the site. We see things like "documents" and then we make a new template ... then lose which template is live and which one isn't. I also don't care for the fact that we cannot choose to have ZERO color in the field that the customer sees for filling in and I would love to be able to disable the "lock to grid" feature that is clearly on at all times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend reading through the site, reading through all the tutorials you can and getting very organized about what you are going to do before getting started.

We no longer have to deal with faxing our documents to customers to fill out, sign and fax back. We just tell them to go to our website . They are also so much more likely to complete the entire process including sending us pictures that we require and we no longer lose the pictures or get confused as to where everything is.
