I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. small business. Now I can do anything without having to print and scan. even works from phone. Mainly use with gmail and google apps and it is awesome.
I think it's very useful but expensive and the basic subscription does not seem adequate to perform some of the things needed at that initial level for that cost.
The site was a little bit slow
The site was a little bit slow, but it had tons of useful features, and I found the user interface much more intuitive than Adobe reader. I'd recommend it to anyone.
I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the PDFfiller support team and received their response very swiftly. The instructions received via email were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to fix the issue within a very short time. I'm really impressed by the efficiency and quality of customer support.
Best part of the service is responsiveness to online support, but there are a few minor glitches that should be addressed. I'll elaborate later when time allows for it.
