it was easy to type and overwrite, but printing and saving some of the fill blanks were not coming up as what I typed... probably a computer bug issue...

the customer support is excellent . The ease of using PDF filler is commendable.

very rarely the website crashes & have to re do everything

Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem.
