Excellent service and initially I had an issue which was a user issue and not the fault of this company. This is an excellent product and excellent customer resolving my issue immediately and to my satisfaction. Completely satisfied !!!

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I love how easy this software is to use. It doesn't require training or use of manuals.
I cannot say there is anything I dislike about this software. It pretty much does the trick in helping my day to day work load.
My experience was good with pdfFiller. I just don't feel that I would use it enough to keep the extra expense!
This was my response and I truly liked it a lot but I don't think that I would be using it enough to warrant the extra expense.
I had to start over, from hitting the wrong "back up", but have it okay now. I don't expect to need it again, but this software made it much easier. Thank you!
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)
