pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. It certainly resolved my issue and I was glad to upgrade my previous rating of PDF filler to 5 stars! Great customer service!

Great Value! A Must Have!
PDF Filler is one software that's worth so much more than what I paid for. I work in 3 different industries- Staffing, Construction and Real Estate and this software has become a necessity in everyday document preparation. It saves so much time and money. No need to subscribe to expensive Adobe editing software. Every time I show how this software works to friends and colleagues, they are amazed. I wish I had known about PDF Filler long time ago. Thank you!
Ease of use and integration with Sign Now.
The dashboard could use a bit more organization.
I've never had a tantrum using it...It makes my day much easier and saves me time and money!
I enjoy using PDF Filler. It is a valuable asset to my business. I'm able to sign, send and receive documents, receipts, invoices, you name it! They have a form for everything, and if they don't, they will find one for you!! This program is easy to use and I love how there is a record kept of everything I send.
I don't know how to re-use a form over and over without having to delete whats on it , so I can use it again. I wish there was an option to use a new one!!
great for data control
I've only started using the program and so far it is doing what I want - merging my weekly quizzes together so I can show parents (when it comes time) all of their abilities rather than just the top 3
Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!
