So far every form that I need was available. I have spent hundreds of dollars a year in other software, staff and time what PDF Filler now does for me.

I like the most is you can process all the documents in computer no need to print any paper, save time, save money and save our environment.
What do you dislike?
I do not like it is the soft ware does not allow to edit Chinese fonts, I wish that Chinese can be edited too. That will be greatest function.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! The instructions were clear and the mechanisms to enter and modify data was easy to understand and complete. I'm not facile with computer programs and this was easy for me to complete.
Kara was spectacular
Kara was spectacular! I was having trouble merging 35 small PDFs into a single larger document. She walked me through all the steps, and I told her what I had done and where I had run into problems. When she could not find a solution for me that way, she offered to merge all the documents for me!!! I have been working on this family project for the last 12 months and this was the final step before I could get the finished document out to everyone. Now I can do that and put this phase of the project behind me! I salute you Kara!!!
