Once you find the form you need, the filler is excellent, but the search browser needs to be more efficient. I have searched for a particular form for 30-45 minutes before finding it on occasion.
My first use of the platform, I needed several chats for assistance. The representatives always were helpful, sometimes researching to find forms that I needed.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. I loved it. It was simple to use and I loved that I could save my documents and go back in and edit them again whenever I wanted. The only thing I didn't really like was the price. I opted to go with the monthly subscription because I knew I didn't need the program for a long period of time. I have used other programs on a monthly service before and have paid cheaper. However, still loved the overall use of the program, and I was able to cancel my subscription without an issue as well.
Their customer service is great! Joyce helped me out and was super helpful and considerate! Best customer service experience I’ve had. Thanks for the quick response!
