I noticed that you have a Massachusetts phone number .. I'm actually from Cambridge, MA and attended Bentley(college) University in Waltam, where I studied Accounting&Finance and now runs my own tax preparations and financial services firm here in Northern Virginia.
I am new user and able to start filling in some court documents even though I don't have Zero experience. Makes me pleased to use this software. In the future I would not mind attending online tutoring sessions if offered.
I have used it almost every day for over a week to fill out forms. I find it to be a bit awkward at times but I'm getting better at finding my way around. I will continue to use it.

The best online resource for anything that deals with words. Has every feature imaginable, and then some, to get personal or professional work done fast. Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
