pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Just an amazing product and service. It has made managing and editing/updating PDFs a task i am no longer dreading to do. It has saved me SO MUCH TIME and headache working with PDFs.
What do you like best?
The hosted forms and e-signatures are an awesome add-on
What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

One time using pdfFiller the first time…
One time using pdfFiller the first time saved me time doing a very basic operation (checking off fields when I was entering information from forms into another program). I have used the other program for over 15 years but recently moved from a PC to MacBook Pro. The program for Mac is harder to use than the PC product. I have spent too much time and frustration with that program. After one use, I had to spend much less time with little frustration. I hope it continues as I using pdfFiller

I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."
