I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I was very upset at the beginning but after contacting customer support the problems were resolved and
and I am happy I was able to complete my forms for my disabled grandson.
PDF filler has replaced my Adobe Acrobat because of how easy it is to use and it's functions that match my business model. The unlimited filler links are extremely helpful for my clients. The ability have the html coding for each link, the mass link / excell options and the ability to sell my forms. It is a life saver!
I've just started the trial service but…
I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Looking forward to using this for our membership drive.
What do you like best?
With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease
What do you dislike?
I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating
