Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! I am so very, very pleased with how easy the program is to use. I tried others for this emergency situation and was frustrated out of my mind with the complicated programs. This one is easy, easy and very effective.

Great for PDF editing
How easy it is to fill out pdf forms and add signatures. Much cheaper than adobe alternative.
I am happy with all aspects of the product.
I only just started using it
I only just started using it, so only 4 stars, but I don't see any issues other than the lack of fonts in the signature section. Seems to be a solid app.

I loved this software and features. However it's just out of my budget right now. It would be helpful if there was a monthly subscription or payment plan. Instead of $96 all at once there should be an option to pay a monthly fee of $8.
