Good afternoon,
I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller..
It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter.
Can you help me with this log-in issue?

Overall, this product is good and I would recommend it to a friend. Like it over Adobe.
When I played around with the trial, I liked how you had many options and the program layout was nice. Love the ease of use when trying to alter a pdf.
I wish I had a longer trial period and sometimes I could not save a file causing me to save over the original file.
PDF filler has been a true hero for me and my daughters competition projects and has placed first!
It is very easy to use and convenient! I love how there are many options for fonts and sizes and how easy it is to print the document and save it!
Sometimes when I print out the documents it is really tiny and hard to read. This is the only con to using this product that I can think of.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. Making editing so easy and fuss free! Hope that the membership could be more affordable or have a student price perhaps.
It has a lot to offer and I love the app I just want to familiarize myself a bit more so that I can utilize all it has to offer. This app really looks as though it has everything covered. I REALLY like that!!
