I used the program and was happy with the software and results. However, due to my own oversight I inadvertently made an annual purchase which I would not be in need of. I noted this in my comments when rating the app. To my surprise and complete satisfaction the service team provided me a credit. They went over and above in addressing my frustration. Based on this integrity and caring service I will use this program if needed in the future and will certainly recommend it to others.
Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. Great online resource for signing and completing PDF files
- I can send documents to people for review and signing directly from the website.
- PDFfiller works with our Dropbox account so I can upload files directly from Dropbox.
- The more advanced features of PDFfiller require a monthly subscription, though it isn't expensive considering all of the features that are included (custom branding, signature authentications, etc.).
What do you like best?
The ease of use. The site makes it easy to make the changes needed.

The recent changes to the interface. I'm struggling to find the buttons I always used.

Had some difficulty aligning new…
Had some difficulty aligning new paragraphs with existing ones. However with a little patience, I managed to do what I needed, great product.
Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.

need a signature on many applications for my wholesale business -- this is a dream! -- and totally UN-savvy tech wise and I can still do this :)
