I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!

I wasn't able to login or access the acct and kara was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process. Now i am able to access the acct and move forward. She was wonderful!!!!
I would like more New York templates available in the non-upgraded version. I would also appreciate different pricing options, I am disabled on a fixed income. Other than these two issues, I find pdfFiller useful.
Just You Click and It'll Do!
Very simple 'click-on-what-u-wanna-do' layout, very understandable even for complete beginners. Waaaaaaaay better than Adobe. Almost feels like PDFFiller actually invented .pdf!
