Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. Hats off to the chat agent, awesome customer service, GIVE her a RAISE! LOL
Works great, nice little addition would be the ability to copy sections of already input text and drop more copies of that same text on other parts of the page. Would make what I do ALOT easier.
The court PDF form did not allow the case number to be filled in on the second page "PDF filler to the rescue!" Thank you for your valuable program.
I needed a refresher on locating files
I needed a refresher on locating files. The chat person was great. I also made a joke that I was working uncover for PDF Filler. Then I came clean and told him I was just joking.Smiles on both sides of the chat
I use this to do my tenant leases
Overall, I have to have access to a software program like this. Some landlords issue leases on ancient old pdfs that are hard to work with. This program allows me to alter, merge, and arrange these in a fairly intuitive way. It took a minute for me to be comfortable with the document storage setup that pdffiller uses, but I am happy with it bc I can access these documents from anywhere!
I love the way you can just insert a text box, or erase. Wow its so nice to be able to do this with documents.
I find merging to be hard. I had to get help early one Sunday morning from support. The support was there and ready to instruct me. It just wasn't intuitive. I might even have to ask how to do it again.
PDFfiller worked flawlessly. The one time I contacted their support with a request they responded promptly and professionally - very impressive. Highly recommend.
