Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. It was easy to use and I was able to print without watermarks. It also saves my work virtually and I can resume anytime. The additional features it had was really useful to share files and even notarize.
So far, it has been acceptable, but I am having to self teach a lot of items. It would be good to have a one hour presentation on the basics, and then some specific presentations on individual task.

PDFfiller is a very good site and the support team is the best.I just wanted to use the 30 days trial for a document the 27th may 2020.I canceled the subscription but I think an error has occurred.I see my account has been debited of 96$.I wrote them a mail and the assistant refund my acount.Thanks again PDFfiller for your kindness and your quickly anwser.
