I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. The conversion from Pdf to word was the smoothest I've seen. There are very few errors. AMAZING! After reviewing the document I noticed that the conversion dropped the letter F. If there were two f's in a word the conversion dropped one of them.
Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

Maybe some standard forms should be on their site and properly labeled.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. This is a great service
This is a great service. Easy to use. Easy to upload, edit and share documents you need others to review. Also extremely easy to fax and there's even a service to mail the document within the U.S. from your computer from anywhere in the world. Highly recommend it.
Very easy to navigate and the files (png images) actually convert to a PDF with the correct size, unlike other sites I paid for and was unsatisfied with the resulting PDF. Thanks!
