It is user friendly, easy to use stepping you through all that need to be filled and can take you back to the instruction if your not sure how to respond.
At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis.
