For my very first experience I was a little surprised it wasn't free when I already am an Adobe Pro in the Cloud user and pay monthly for that, but oh well.
There are things I still can't figure but overall, I am getting the hang of it and it seems fine. It takes a while to go between pages but that could be on my end.

They have very quick and responsive customer service. I was greatly relieved to have my issue resolved in a very timely manner.
EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

Only used the free trial = it was easy to use; however, I cannot afford the price per month since I very rarely use the product.
