Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. Perfect for creating single fillable documents and merging pdf pages. A little clunky but does the jo and cost is reasonable.
The NC OTP was a perfect match and was all that we needed to get the buyer and seller on the same page. Although it wasn't used by the attorneys it could have easily been used since it was identical to the one they used.
