It was easy to fill out but I had trouble finding information on 'other' in the first section. I didn't quite understand exactly if I was to put "nonprofit organization" on the line.
I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.
I used your program to work with government forms we needed to complete so I decided to try it for our Contract and Form paperwork that needs to be submitted.
What do you like best?
Ability to edit then fax. Simple to find documents that I have scanned to PDF format.
What do you dislike?
Could have a better fax cover sheet, it should be more graphic

So far so good importing pdf doc to edit Word for a children's book I'm writing. Important to have illustration (drafts) work sheet above and have critique "notes" below!
I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to ***** from support
