Just started to use this product and found it easy to start up and complete forms that were down loaded.
I would recommend this product to others needing a simple but very capable pdf manager.
I really appreciated the customizable aspects of your software -- it made all the difference to my forms! The only thing that I would've liked more is if upon searching for the form, you could filter and guarantee that its the most up to date form the gov has issued. Thank you
What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

Great experience!
I was able to get the rental applications done for my house rental.
Super easy to use. Clear instructions, I found enjoyable to use this software. I'm not that good with computers but I was able to use it without much difficulties.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I had to take a little more time to find out how to get confirmation of my forms I sent, other than that it was fast and easy.

I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. When I contacted the company, I received a prompt and thorough response. I wasn’t hassled or blamed; instead, I felt understood and supported. The tool is a little hard to learn at first and takes some exporting and testing to settle on desired outcomes but was very happy with the end result. I canceled my use as i only needed it for one document but if i were regularly building docs like this i may have kept it.
